I placed my order at 8:55 am to be delivered to a location less than 2 miles away! It's 4:34 and it didn't get there yet! His job is closed now and I am feeling like, what's the point now? I called the store and was told that she didn't know where the driver is and that they don't guarantee times! So, 7 and 40 minutes isn't enough time? Totally disappointed!
I received and arrangement today. I was super excited because I never got one before. When I opened it the berries were visibly wilted and looked prune like. Others were smooshy and rotten. Some were even hard as a rock. Absolutely no consistency and not very fresh. The store did issue a refund but that doesn't fix the fact that my gift from my husband was ruined.
They helped me to get an edible arrangement made in about 35 minutes. The staff was friendly and kind. The prices are a bit high, but the arrangements are wonderful.
