This place use to have the best customer service. I have been there on several occasions. I went recently and it wasn't busy. Two different employees walked past me without asking if I needed help as I stood there. The employee made contact with me obviously knowing I needed help. Another young lady advised me that I will be next. I waited 15 minutes more. I walked up front, looked up and she was chatting with someone else. I don't see how your employees could walk past customers, numerous times and not ask if they need assistance. Again, if the place was busy I could understand. But to be this inconsiderate is not acceptable.
Large selection of fresh and salt water fish. Especially uncommon species. Can be relatively expensive but there aren't many other fish stores in the area that can match their stocking. Also have a large variety of supplies,decor and tanks. They have a large selection of different brands that most big box pet stores don't carry, especially speciality foods, driftwoods and natural rocks. Most of their decor, tanks and supplies are expensive and overpriced. You're better off ordering basic supplies and packaged foods online.
The best fish store in South Jersey. The new location is nice and new with half the store being supplied and aquariums and the other half being filled with fish to buy. They have a really good selection and prices are decent. It’s a little hard to find as it’s packed in with other stores, but definitely worth the trip.

store is TINY compared to old location. Staffed by a bunch of teenagers with very limited knowledge. girl at counter didn't even want to get off her stool to help me. They NEVER erase prices they write on front of tanks and simply say, "oh, they must be all gone" . Their prices are exaggerated and ridiculous. Their selection now is very, very poor. The old location was awesome. This location is simply focused on ripping off the newbie to the hobby. I used to drive 45 miles to the old location because nit was huge and back then they cared about the hobby, not only making money. The old location had rows and rows of awesome fish. This new fish room is a complete joke. Pet smart and pet co have a better selection of fish. Newbies will go here. Hobbyists will not.
