This place sucks!! Every time I go to this location there is a problem. First they had a Indian guy who could barley speak English at the drive thru speaker. He was so impatient and kept cutting me off during my order. I ordered 3 $5 tender boxes. A side of mash potatoes and a side of mac and cheese. I get home, I have 2 tender boxes. And shrimp box. A side of fries and a side of mac and cheese. Tried to call to speak to someone about my messed up order, nobody is answering. Terrible customer service and the food we did get sucked. Do not go here!!!
Horrible. The service was not good either. The placed reeked it was a horrible stench. I like popeyes but this is the worst encounter ever. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Order food twice and got wrong order the people are rude ,dirty, and so nasty .The food is just nasty .The manger is unable to do his/her job the employees are over ruling the manger. This popyes should be closed due to nasty food, and not managed correctly .Dont go to this store unless you want gross food and rude customer service.
Terrible customer service skills. They do not listen nor does it seam like they care. I went through the drive-thru around 2:30pm. May I add they were not busy. I ordered my meal and also ordered a LARGE orange Fanta. The man said my order back to me and not only once but three times I had to correct him. Now don’t you think that he would have gotten the order right? Nope think again, I paid for a large and got a medium and the wrong drink. I will never go back to here again. The man at the window was rude and basically acted like he did not want to work there. I will tell everyone how terrible this place is. They should be lucky that I am even giving them a star at all.
The first time I went to this location, I was actually REDIRECTED to the LAWNSIDE location another 20mins away due to "staffing issues". That was about a year ago. Now TODAY I went to this location again, just to give it another shot. And received NO service at all!!! No one answered me at the window either when I had just pulled around. I couldn't even see anyone inside of the store, regardless of the fact that all the lights were on and there had been another customer that went through the drive thru just ahead of me! Stay away. This location is AWFUL.
