Under new ownership! Definitely worth a look now that this gym is open. Stop in and talk to the staff, ask for Brian. Gym is big and roomy with plenty of equipment and large group fitness room.
Constantly out of 95% of protein products. I blame the owner. The staff is absolutely friendly and awesome. Was over charged and I don't see it ever coming back. The one men's stall is still broken from over a week ago. Toilet paper is constantly out. Bathroom is constantly dirty. Again, I blame the owner here . I mean the guy got kicked out of another gym and another sold out from under him. It's funny how he only responds to the good reviews and not the bad reviews.... scared much ?
Was charged 118.00 in error. They said I would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days and here it is 11 days later and the accounts department says they dont even see a refund claim put in place. Now they dont even pick up the phone. Very unprofessional to say the least. Should have stayed at LA FITNESS. This place is a joke.
I was in the same boat as many others that were duped by the previous owners but I'm all in on this location. Stefanie heard me out and then calmed me down and gave me the reassurance I needed to continue my membership. Looking forward to getting fit!
Fantastic Gym and super people working there. I will return if my broken back gets fixed. Fantastic equipment. Owner is working with me on a refund and cancellation but it has taken some time. The owner also has communicated with me on a continuous basis. Great person and very courteous.
